She don't wanna move still

Okay, Sean has been helping me out quite a bit here and some other dude too. Before they were asking me all kinds of questions about pressure, seeing as my case 450 crawler loader won't go. Runs well but no pushing power.
I found a bunch of neglected filters which i changed, and flushed the hydraulic fluid and put new stuff in. I also installed all new gauges (I'm NEVER doing that again) to check the pressures. The one gauge reads about 200 PSI when the machine is running and warmed up. when the shifter is put into forward the pressure momentarily drops to about 100 PSI and when the hi/lo shifters are shifted the pressure drops about 50 PSI for half a second as well. Are these fast fluctuations normal? Is that why my machine still runs well but has no power in the push. It feels like there is no fluid at all in the transmission. Not too sure how to check that (my manual isn't in yet). I only finished all the previous mentioned stuff this evening and when i went to push my dirt piles it pushed the first two piles over easily enough than after that it wouldn't hardly go at all. Does anyone here have any suggestions to keep my knuckles bloody? lol! Oh, the machine is a 1967 Case 450 Crawler Loader.

200 is about right for clutch pressure, it should
drop when you move a shift lever but should recover instantly.

What is the torque converter pressure ?

Yeah the pressures recover instantly. The torque pressure gauge does not work. The inside of the gauge got bent during installation ( I got careless). I know there is pressure there just not how much. I am going to tinker around with the machine today and I'll keep you posted as to what I find.
