I ran a stick through the radiator Saturday, any advice on pulling the radiator? It looks like everything will come out through the grille, but I wasn't sure. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Dave,

I found that the easiest thing to do was remove the front cowling that surrounds the radiator first. This cowling is held in place with bolts at the bottom on both sides and (at least on mine) there are two small rubber straps that are used to keep the radiator in place.

The cowling is pretty heavy but two people should be able to handle it. I used a chain and a bucket on a tractor to pull it out of the way.

Once the cowling is out of the way pulling the radiator is a snap. There are two hydraulic lines running to the bottom of the radiator which have threaded connectors. The radiator itself sits on a pair of rubber pads and is held in place with two bolts. The radiator itself when empty is not particularly heavy.

Best of luck,
John
