A word (or three) about Email:
Like most others with computers, I love email (except spam, of course). But, even though email works great 99% of the time, sometimes it doesn't. I attempt to respond personally to ALL emails, usually in the same day. Even if I don't have what you're looking for, I usually at least have an idea of where else you might look. In the rare event that I can offer you no help at all, I will still give you the courtesy of a reply. If you have written us and received no reply within the next business day or two, there's a very good chance that an email problem has occurred. Although its not a common occurrance, it does happen. I don't like to be ignored, I'm sure that you don't either. Please try again or call us.
