I have a JD350B with a rear winch attached. I have not been able to find the control lever to activate the reat PTO,the owners manual shows the lever under or around the left trak control lever, I removed the seat and had almost every cover off but I cannot find the ON/OFF for the Rear PTO, any information welcome.
Thank you,

Ziggy

ZIGGY
I HAVE A 350B WITH A WINCH. IF YOU HAVE A REVERSER YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PTO LEVER. TO OPERATE THE WINCH PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN NUTERAL BRING RPMS TO APPROX 1200 AND PUT REVERSER IN FOWARD THIS WILL ACTIVATE THE PTO AND THE PUMP IN THE WINCH.
GOOD LUCK AND BE SAFE!!

I never had a "B", but on a 350C it's on the floor under the left steering lever, a little short C-shaped horiaontal lever kind of wrapped around the transmission dipstick. I hope this helps.

Hi,I have a 450,if it is anything like the 350 the pto engage lever is on the floor in front of the right steer lever beside the brake,it is kind of hidden by the air filter unit. maybe the lever has been removed and you only have a rod sticking up.I think on some there may be a cable that runs to the lever from else where on the machine, but mine hasn't got any of that, just the lever that is really hard to get at.
