I am looking at buying a "Soil Mover" brand scraper. This one was factory red which tells me it is old. Today they are yellow. What would the vintage be????? 50's or 60's???? Secondly what do these numbers mean on the name plate? On the left it has R23 or 23R and on the right it has 75E. Can anyone help???? This scraper has to be 40 - 50 years old. What is something like this worth????? No paint, a few welds, good edge, no dolly, straight and not bent and repaired cylinder ends. The owner seems to think it is around a three yard machine. Thank you.

The 23 is 2.3 yard capacity, the R is rear wheels. We have a 95RF, it is a 9.5 yard, rear and front wheels.
