I have a long 610 crawler that nobody seems to have heard of. The right side clutch is slipping in with a good load on it, and the fellow that I got it from said that he replaced the clutch before it set up for two years. With very little load it bites good. I s there anyway to adjust this clutch or will it need to be replaces. Also I cannot find the grease zert to tighen the tracks. I can see the tersion spring and several different zerts on the rail but nothing to tighten the tracks. I figure that this machine should have the same consept as other but not all. Please help it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Buck

Buck, my experience with crawlers is limited but will try to help. I have had two JD. a420 and 2010. 2010 was slipping on right clutch also. I was able to remove seat, batteryetc, and top of steering clutch control housing and tighten each of the 3 adjusting screws (turn counter-clockwise) to put more pressure on clutch facings. Is track adjustment mechanical or hydraulic? Some have "adjusting tubes" or a threaded rod instead of a grease zerk. Hope this may help.
