I just got this loader three weeks ago, worked fine with plenty of power forward and backwards. It started loseing forward power to doze and now will hardly move forward,(has reverser)reverse works fine. All fluids are clean.fluid levels are good.Checked reverser control valve pressures, the readings were forward=30lb.neutral=100lb.reverse=130lb.when you engage the foot clutch pressure drops to zero in all positions, need some input. No service repair or parts manual.

Forward clutch pack circuit is leaking somewhere. I would think that leakage will be caused by steel sealing rings on manifold or clutchpack sealing washers. You will need a service manual if you have not done one before. Also you can check the reverser unit while it's sitting on the ground after assembly using a strong 1/2" drill motor. fabricate a clutch shaft drive out of an old clutch center , a short piece of pipe , and an end that will fit a drill chuck. by turning the reverser input shaft , you can check pressures and check for leakage out the front before you install the unit..Use a jumper line between the cooler lines. Have someone operate the controls while you hang on to the drill....

Thanks for the quick response Roy,I had a feeling the problem was more involved than a control valve rebuild.I have seen some of your replies to JD problems (30yrs fixing "yellow junk") in this forum and respect your opnion.A service manual is something i will need, "$150.00"on line "WOW" any ideas? My work is seasonal so this will be one of my winter projects, hope you dont mind a little brain picken from time to time. Thanks again
