Hello, I restored a JD 440 Crawler about 3 years (and 2 kids) ago. Long story short, I am going to have to part with it. Undercarriage is in great shape. Paint is John Deere green, with a Yellow grill and some of the undercarriage. 5 roller. Reverser is completly rebuilt. The only parts of the machine I didn't got through were the transmission (it seems to be in great shape), the final drives (the breaks and clutchs looked good). and the cylinders for the blade (I had planned to find a power angle for it, it's currently a streight blade). Everything else on the machine has been rebuilt. JD service manual (new). JD dealer parts 440 crawler catolog (1966 copy) good shape. JD operators manual copy. JD 420 and 430 dealer parts catolog (handy to have) about 1" thick. IT shop manual. Some extra parts. All sales slips from the rebuild (about $3500), and the 2 previous owners.
