I have borrowed an International TD14 crawler from a neighbor. It has a gas start/diesel run engine. Was this engine used in ag tractors? It appears to have 2 serial numbers on the plate next to the compression realease/start lever. I believe this to be a military unit but maybe someone here can tell me what I have. SN:TDF4495T4 and also W9 24831. Model is TD14. The problem is the day after I had it delivered, it wouldn't start on gasoline so I removed the carb to find the float bad. Does anyone know where I can find a float and gaskets to put this back together? If this engine was used on ag tractors, what model would I tell the NAPA guy? Thanks

Jerry

Milton - Thanks for the info on the serial number and year. I looked on the left of this page under serial numbers and didn't see anything that looked like what I am working on.

Thanks
J
