If you pull back as hard as you can on the steering stick the dozer will start to turn to the right. There is fluid leaking out of the left side at the rear drive wheel. The resevoir on the right has gone dry. All the other controls still work 100%. The right brake band assy is covered with fluid causing the dozer not to turn. The question is; What could be leaking that would cause the right band to be wet but drain out of the left rear wheel??? Thank you for your help...

I don't believe there is one united problem to cause what you decribe. Simply said, you've got two leaks and two problems (at the least). Brake band is probably wet because the driveshaft coming out of the ring-gear area into the right clutch housing is leaking via a bad seal and perhaps a loose shaft. The left sprocket driveshaft/output shaft, if leaking, is doing so because at the least - the seal is bad. Most likely the bearings are also gone, i.e., the final drive needs to be pulled off and rebuilt.
