I have a John Deere R that is Flooded Real bad-She's filled up with deisel----- -To a point that she kill,s out the pup on trying to start. A so called city slicker that know;s all is the JACK_ASS that put the tractor in this condistion and then left it.I am in need of a workable solution to this problem-----Is their a way to relive and drain the cylinder with out removing the head,NEED HELP-----Rob;

Pull the injectors out and slowly (by hand) turn it over 2 complete revolutions then spin it with the pony.

Wouldn't turning it over with the compression release pulled let it out too ? You better hope it's just diesel and not antifreeze.
