Can a direction reverser be installed on dozer that does not have one. If so, where do you find one, and how much money will it take (ballpark) to have one installed and parts. Is it worth the effort and money involved. Thanks for your input.

My 440 has a reverser in it, personally i think it is just another part to maintain and break.
If you don't do alot of "shuttle shifting" IE; landscaping , i personally wouldn't bother with it.

Yes, reverser can be added. You will need all the internals from a complete reverser, plus the lever and linkage.
If you are plannning on having a dealer install it, you will be looking at a lot of money, and it probably is not worth it. If you can do it yourself, no problem.
Reversers are not all that hard to come by. I think I am out of them right now, but there are others on here that might have one.
