hi dave thanks very much. i allso figured a cat model was the same unit,as the mm45 however i had it figured out too a 304.5 but not certain..so far. after dozens of hours on the internet= it makes sense now,, mm35b= 303.5.. mm45b= 304.5.. mm50 = 305, mm70= 307 how many hours are on yours?
what engine do you have in yours?
have you had it for many years etc? they sure seem rare in north america, but theres plenty in france italy england etc. any idea what the "b" stands for? in europe theres mm35 and mm45, plus there is mm35b, and mm45b, but there was no pics to compare. does yours have a cab or canopy? (does b stand for enclosed cab maybe?) plus i dont read french or italian l.o.l. i can not find another for sale up here in canada, but there is some other 35,s for sale in eastern canada.(all b) the 1 i am interested in has 4200 hours and has new track rails and rebuilt rollers etc, so the undercarriage is very good shape.(steel tracks) (what do you think? is that a lot of hours for one of these) i have a ihi 28j with 3900 hours and it has plenty of life left in it yet... p.s. i did determine that 35 or 45 is actually "metric" tons or killograms ,(multiply by 2.2) and 45 works out too 9900 lbs plus another 250 lbs or so if you have a cab,which is exact weight of a 304.5 its 500 miles away back in my home town, but i have a heavy duty mechanic friend going to look at it tommorow. will see what he says. p.s. the price is equivalant to 11500 u.s. bux, and it has mechanical thumb, cab, heat (just south of alaska lol)swing boom and airconditioning. (sure will be nice to have that air cond for 3-4 days out of the year..l.o.l.) do you think thats a good deal?.. the equivalant in bobcat , komatsu,caterpillar etc wold run more than double that amount up here. ohh yeahh, = are your controls pilot style and is it john deere or cat style?? or something weird? thanks gerry
