Any information on a old cat would be helpful, it's a 1968 9U, 98HP? cable operated, direct drive. Any information helpful

HI The d6 9u was built to 1947 to 1959 give me the serie number I can give your dozer builted HECTOR

What does the 9U mean? Does it mean that it is narrow? How much does it weigh, with a blade? And what sort of parts you got? Any rollers.. idlers. thanks Mike

HI The 9u is the modeL and the weight shipping 16725 lbs + hydrolique systeme=23000lbs and have some new and use rollers and have parts for motor,startor engine,cluch,transmission,stering cluch and final drive,no more sprocket,idler and chaine.HECTOR

Yep its a 58. Run's like clock, looks like the only thing I need is a boot, for the gear shifter. Know were I can get one? What's this thing worth? thanks Mike

You dont have a 1968 9U caterpillar. Made thru the 40's and 50's....they are a good dozer, Maybe a 48 9U not a 68
