Hell all.

I just picked up a real simple smaller hough loader, it is not the real small one but not very big. Maybe weighs between 8 and 10k. It is model HR serial # 42614. It wouldnt move, I pulled the HEAVY!!!! tranny out today and tore it down to find the syncro mesh gear is broke in 4 pieces. It has actually broke before as it has been brazed back together in a couple places. This means that part is hard to find or some previous owner was broke or very confident in their welding ability. Nothing wrong with either. Also the head is cracked on the Hercules straight six cylinder motor. It purrs like a kitten just heats up and leaks through the weld. So in a long winded description I need to try and find a head, and the syncro mesh gear. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. I think a repower would also be easily consievable on this outfit. Just want to keep it simple as I can. Thanks again. Rich, in UTAH

The part number is ground off, I dont have a manual. I know that would help alot. I guess I could try to get a parts manual first. Sorry, and thanks so much for you help.
