I finally bought a dozer to help me with my project.

I"ve been looking for over 1 year, but I think I found the right machine, see it with the link below...

Oh, and you can see the current status of my project here:

Nice looking machine, year long search was worth it. It looks like you are really doing a great job on the project- lots of work but having fun at it.

Very nice looking machine. It should serve you well for many years to come. Take your time and learn how to use it well. After a fashion you will know where you want to go and the controls will be second nature.

Best of luck,

Really good looking machine, and lets see some more pics when you start pushing some dirt around with it. Good luck!

Nice looking tractor you got there. Might want to adjust the tracks before working it. Pump the idlers out as tight as they will go then back them off 1/2".

Thanks!

I"m pretty excited.

The machine is still in Ohio, but will be delivered within the next few days...

I drove to Ohio to check it out last Thurs.

The mechanic who was working on it has already pumped up the track adjusters...

Also, you can see in the last 3 pics, they put a new exhaust system on it and replaced some o-rings that were hard & cracking that were leaking near the injector pump...

All in all I"m pretty satisfied.

The links pins & bushings all have about 40% left, and they can still be turned.

Everything else is 60-70% left...

I had a CAT tech drive out and inspect the UC, and I also measured it all up by myself...

I can"t wait to get to work with it...

Yes the UC looks very good and that is a major cost of running it. I personally thing you got the best size of tractor. Big enough to do some serious work and small enough to move around and store inside a normal garage. When those tractors need repair if you fix them right they stay fixed.
