Anyone had anything to do with these? How do I get the drive pumps out short of pulling engine with pumps attached? 1845's give enough room to pull pumps out the seat hole but not this one, I've got 3/4" (mabye) of room from the end of the hydrostats to the factory welded in kick panel (behind your legs when operating).

Got some pump drive issues or a charge pump went out, both sides quit pulling at same time. Either way I have to have the pumps out. Thanks for any info.

Pull the rops forward and you should have all the room you need to pull the pumps or motors. Two bolts on back of Rops and two at the front. Disconnect throttle rod should be spring loaded ball joint, two shocks to the cross shaft, 2 park brake cables, 2 pump linkages, two clevis pins at loader valve, 3 wire harness connections. If it has an aux pedal it will have to be unbolted. Remove floor plate and let it hang down by battery. Slide Rops forward. Shouldn't take no more than about 45 minutes to do this. When sliding ROPS back watch out it is easy to catch the throttle rod on the guide and bent it. Watch that the two rods for the loader valve are not hitting anything also. Hope this helps.

Thanks Gil that was what I needed to know, turns out this gained me enough to remove the pumps in halves just by removing cab bolts (needed to look at the charge pump anyway). The drive bolts and bushings were all laying in the bellhousing when I got in to them. Appreciate the help

JC: Bolts missing from a coupler is a good thing, a lot cheaper than new pumps. While you have the pumps out check the hoses to the motors, they have a bad habit of rubbing through. They will be easy to see, you can add some rubber to protect them or have new one made. Good luck.
