I just read the post on the backhoe that won't move when cold, but mine is the opposite. I replaced all fluids, and it runs fine, hydrolics work fine, but after about 5 minutes it won't move. It has to be a transmission problem, but the guy that looked at it said the transmission is fine. Any ideas. When I turn it off and let it sit a few hours, start it back up, then it moves again for a few minutes. It is frustrating and I can't get anything done.

I'm not a mechanic but maybe your clutch is done for? I'm assuming this is a TLB. Is there any fluid in the transmission? How does the torque converter check out?
