It got up in the 40s this morning, so I figured it would be a good day to put the batteries back in the hoe and try and fire it up.
I hooked up the cables, and hit the starter to see if I had juice. Nothing! What a dummy, I didn't clean the battery posts and connectors when they were out and easy to get at. I did the best I could, not much room with the cab and floor. I hooked them back up and touched the starter less than a second just to see if I had juice, the damn thing fired off and was running! Holy crap! I thought I would have to spray some starting fluid and play with it a little, its been sitting for five months. I warmed it up and went right out and dug a couple stumps up. It sure made my day!
