TD-15 150 Shifting trouble

I can leave eather the speed shifter or the forward and reverse lever in netral and shift the other one . If I throttle down and shift at just the right time, or shut off the engine shift and restart. I'm woundering if the clutch is not releasing all the way or is it in the transmission?

hectorgemme, there are little oval pads on it they seem a little oily. are they replaceable and where would you get them.
