OC46b not sure which type of stearing I have

Stearing levers are very loose, adjuster nuts are tightened all the way. Any ideas? If you pull back all the way it does stop/turn but does nothing for the first 3/4 of travel.

Thanks in advance.

First thing you have to do is pull back cover and check linings and inside adjustment. Chances are if let go that long the edges of the brake lining is shot. There is a inside adjustment that for some reason most do not maintain and it is important. At least once a year you should dump fluid and readjust inside brake adjustment, that is if you use the machine at all. I have manuals, shop, parts and operators for that machine plus i reline brakes with a premuim material and i have parts for that crawler. Email for a link.
