Can anyone tell me if the gear on the spindle (axle shaft) is a press fit or not. Thanks

i just rebuilt mine not too long ago, the book shows useing two bults through oil fill plugs and a puller. my gears were loose on splines and i was told most of them are that way as these machines are 35+ years old!

You will need a puller or press to get them apart I have tech manuals if you need one
