Just bought a 450C Loader 4 cly turbo it didn't have a dip stick or tube my question is what grade and how oil does this thing take so I can mark the dip stick...also I hate to ask but could someone tell me what grade goes in steering clutches & trans Thanks for any help

Here's a link below to the JD web site with the spec's for JD crawlers. The transmission, steering clutch compartments and final drives all use John Deere Hygaurd oil. Don't be afraid to ask any question on here, you will get good advice on almost any topic related to crawlers. Mine takes 8qts in the engine with a new filter. I use Universal 303 tractor fluid for the trans and hydraulics.
