Hey there is this older lady I know That has a d6 and it hasn't been run for a few years. The pony motor will not start on it so you have to pull it to start it and i was wondering how much i should offer for it.

scrap price. you will probably have to pull the head and at best remove pistons and install new rings. it is usually cheaper to convert this tractor to Direct Electric start than to repair the pony motor.$750 to $1000 would be my top offer

Depending on the condition of the tractor, $5,000 would probaly be at top.
