Need help with a problem with D5c LGP gauges. None of the 4 gauges (fuel oil amp etc.) work on dash. Connections appear tight any suggestions?

both the water and converter guages have the sensor tubes filled with either. if they get pinched they want work
both the Engine oil and fuel pressure guages are mechanical and have either a 1/16 copper tube or a black nylon tube connecting them to the source
disconnect them at the guage and crank the engine both should leak, if not check for flat spots. finally check to see if the source is putting out fluid. it is no proble to replace the tubeing but the two temp guages ahv to be replaced as a unit. If yu need a wiring diagram for the amp meter e mail me and I will scan it back to you.

Unless someone has changed them, the fuel pressure, oil pressure and both water and converter temperature guages are mechanical guages on that vintage tractor. The ammeter wiring has a plug near the firewall, that sometimes corrodes,or the guage itself is bad.

It might not be an easy job but check for a loose or broken ground wire. They have their own ground wire going to a ground cluster of wires and they are Black. Look for a worn spot in the harness where a wire might have been worn through.
