Can anyone recomend a good book on caterpillar? I am especially interested in models built from 1950 to 1960 give or take. The books I have seen seem to go into great detail about pre war cats but seem to skim over the ones I am intrested in.

I have posted the links and how to download them of six half hour films that had transferred from 16mm to video, they cover Cat machines from 1925 to the late 40s,if you go to the link below it will take you to the post on the ACMOC BB, on the same post is one of the oldest films of the first true crawler from 1908, a clip promoting LeTourneau equipment 1938 to the Tournadozer of 1955, the last clip is of a UK machine the Vickers VR180 of 1954.
Enjoy AJ
