I have found a decent John Deere 350 Dozer with hydrualic lift blade. It has the Gas Engine. What things should I look for on this dozer. What are any weaknesses and what is a good average price? Any info will be apreciated

Thanks
Brian R.

These JD's typically get a for sale sign on them once them become to expensive to fix. The tracks and undercarriage are usually the most expensive parts to repair and could be the reason why it is now for sale. A complete undercarriage overhaul could run anywhere between $2000 & $5000. Good luck! Can you post a photo of it?

Pre '72 models have dry clutches and post have wet ones. The wet clutches are much less problems than the dry. The other three things are, undercarriage, undercarriage and undercarriage...
