Neighbors moving and I've more or less already bought his 67'? JD 350 crawler loader. Its the diesel version, supposed to run great and have plenty of power, says it will spin the tracks while pushing into a solid object, says his gas 350 will bog down. Has 4 counterweights, loader pins and bushings seem to be in decent shape, bucket in good shape as well. Not sure on how many hours, starts after a few cranks. Has a reverser in working order. Tracks are 40-50% I would guess, definetly needs a drive sprocket and upper idler, chains look about 40%, idlers dont seem real bad. May need a steering clutch as well. Always kept in a barn and he's owned it for maybe 20-25 years? He's asking $2500, I told him I would take it. Wanted to see what you guys thought. I paid $4500 for a running working in good condition 420c with a loader, and the 2 cyl crawlers and hard to touch for $2500 unless their real rough. Any comments, suggestions etc greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

For what you say, I'd be all over that Deere crawler like stink on a skunk. Even with a couple of thou in the tracks, you still woulld have a great machine at a good price.
