I have a Ford 655, and The loader Boom is twisted.
The one side of the bucket is approx 2 1/2 inches lower than the other. The bucket is straight and the twist is in the boom.
Would it be possible to Wrack the boom back in alingment, by changing the hyd hoses on the lift Cylinders, so thar one lifts, and the other one pulls down on the boom?? I bought the machine this way, and didn't think too much of it. I was using it today, and got to thinking on how I could Straighten it out. and cameup with this idea. What would be the downside of trying this procedure? No cracks or welds on the boom. Thanks
Joe

Just make sure the rear tires are matched, and have the same air pressure, mismatched or underflated rear rubber will cause the same effect.
If indeed the loader is sprung swapping the cylinder lines probably won't tweak it back straight. It will have to be chained down and jacked well past straight,so when the tension is released it sits level.
