I RECENTLY PURCHASED A KOEHRING 6605 I HAVE MACHINE RUNNING AND MOVED JUST A FEW FEET ONLY TO DISCOVER EXTREMELY LOOSE TRACKS. RIGHT SIDE TOOK GREASE AND ADJUSTED UP, LEFT SIDE GREASE SEEMS TO JUST LEAK PAST SEAL. WHAT IS INVLOVED IN REPAIRING ADJUSTER? HOW DO YOU ACCESS ADJUSTER FOR REPAIR? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ALL THE GREAT HELP.

I did adjusters on a 6620 a few years ago..Break the track on the adjuster end, pry the idler wheel toward the end of travel [ outward ]. Behind the adjuster will be 2 bolts holding the adjuster cylinder to the track frame. Remove the 2 bolts and get the heck out of the way....I usually take the grease fitting " tree " out before I take out the bolts...
