CHECK FUEL IN TANK THEN SEE IF FULL FLOW FROM LINE AT FILTER HOUSE THEN CHANGE FILTERS THERE ARE DEPENDING ON AGE BLEED SCREWS ON THE INJECTORS LOOSENING LINES WILL ALSO WORK CHEK FOR LEAKS ON LINES OR DAMAGE TO BLEED SCREW OR MISSING GASKETS ON FILTERS LETTING AIR IN SYSTEM.

HI The fuel pass by the filter before the pump and if the filter housing is empty ou should disconnect the fuel line to the filter housing you will see if the fuel comming full line and loose the cap tank.

PS when I took the fuel filter out it was only about 1/4 full of fuel. it took about 10 min turning it over to get the fuel out of the bleed screw. is there any secrets on bleeding this motor?

thanks

May have to pull the cover off the side of the injection pump and see if the rack is sticky,or stuck. Maybe check all the fuel lines going to the pump also for gummy deposits in the fittings.
