Weight of JD Dozer...PICTURE

I am told that this dozer is a '68 or '69 JD 450 by comments from people on this site. I have not gotten any serial numbers yet for it. Can anyone verify the model for me. I also need the weight of this because we have to transport it to my shop soon.

I am seriously looking at a 450 W/ endloader and have the serial number from under the seat. It is: 1065311 and is type: 15E3M. It has a Hi-Low-Reverse down in the lower midle. Can anyone tell em the year of this unit?

How much did a typical Endloader unit weight?

Your machine is a 1970 and should weigh in at around 13,00 - 14,000 lbs I believe.

I have the serial numbers for the dozer now. The tag under the seat has SNT 5F3M029179T. The motor has the numbers T24961 raised on the block up on right hand side near oil dipstick. Where can find model and year?

If it is a 450 then it is a 1966.

I can't tell too much from the photo, but it looks like an early machine - maybe around 1966 or 67? The first couple of years of 450s, the shifter for the HL-R transmission was down low - between your legs, and the newer models had it up high on the side tank. The crawler with outside blade should be around 13,000 lbs.
