I've got an old TD-6 with an aftermarket blade on it with the pump mounted on the front driven by the crank. The pump is ~6" square with no markings. What kind of pressure should I be seeing in this system at bypass? I'm getting 500 psi max at the inlet of the valve and with the blade movement stopped at either full up of down. The cylinders do not seem to be leaking as one is brand new and the other not so old. If you've read this far maybe you can tell me if the bypass for the pressure is in the pump or in the valve unit. Thanks lg
no neat sig line

My 1956 TD9 max's out at 1250psi - per the book.
It's the Drott loader built on a TD9 and will lift up to 16,000# on the bucket with just 1250 psi. (big cylinders)

If you havent been there yet you should goto "www.redpowermagazine.com" in the forums find construction equipment. It's the place to be for your TD6.
