"There's a place in Texas advertising some of the parts you want. 817-447-4001." - Thanks, I'll call today. "I don't get the terminology - I guess that's the problem. There are no planetaries in that reverser." - The Planet Pinion Carrier, which there is two one in the front clutch assembly and one in the rear, is located in between the busing and the piston on both assemblies. I understand the iron rings to be seized? "but it's usually one of the parts that does NOT need replacement in a trashed reverser." - I will know more when I see the machine on Sunday. "In regard to the shaft - if the splines towards the rear are bad - it's likely the reverser has been loose against the transmission case. It's supposed to be held tight and aligned with dowels. If they are loose - you're kind of in a mess unless you fix it all correctly. How's the other end of the splined shaft setup - e.g. and i.e. the splinded coupler the transmission shaft? When the reverser shafts goes bad, the trans. shaft is also often bad." - I will follow-up on Sunday. "And again - the isolator is not one unit - it has many separate pieces." - He is saying the springs are weak, not certain on the other issues with the isolator, I'll follow-up on Sunday. "And you say the housing seals are siezed - I don't know what you mean. There is an oil seal in front - in the trans. pump housing, and one on the rear in the rear bearing quill. What seals are you talking about?" - The housing is the unit which the forward, reverse and lube oil preasure go into and then it directs the oil to either the front, rear packs or neutral. I'm not clear on exactly why it needs replacement, will follow-up on Sunday. Again, thank you very very much for all the time you've taken to respond. I want to replace what needs to be replaced but don't want to replace what does not need to be replaced. Sincerely, Joel
