JCB question for AJK

Question for AJK. I have a Model 807, Machine serial #:807-7583616 JCB excavator. It's leaking hyd. fluid into the final drive case and I'm hoping the problem is worn seals in the track brake mechanism.I loaned my manuals years ago and of course now I don't have them so I can't supply part numbers but they are the only 2 ring seals in the brake housing. The parts jockeys here haven't called back so maybe the ring seals are unavailable. Since you're across the sea maybe you have better leads on parts and can steer me in the right direction. The seal in the hyd. drive motor has already been changed. Thanks for any help that you can provide. Udo

I do not have any parts book for the 807, I have worked on them 25 years ago plus, below is a link to a JCB dealer, click on contact Greenshilds, fill in the form, give the serial number of your machine and get them to email you the pages with the motor and brake,if the seal on the piston is letting the oil pass the brake will not be releasing fully as well as the final drive filling up,if I remember correctly the sprocket seal was a bellow seal and if the oil pressure goes too high in the final it will burst the rubber on the bellow, see what help the dealer at the link can give you,
AJ
