Just wondering what the possibility , and the pros and cons of removing or making a quick tach system to remove the backhoe. Can you then use the tractor as a tractor? Any info would be appreciated.

Without a backhoe it is an industrial tractor. The 580D wouldn't have a PTO or 3 pt hitch, and you'd have to fab up a drawbar. Around here they buy them hoe-less sometimes to mount sweeper brushes on the rear powered hydraulically.

For the trouble I'd just get a tractor. If you're hoe is 2wd it is nearly useless for loader work without the hoe on the back.
