12 volts 2 24 volt starter

hi all wondering what the way to hook up 2 12 volt batterys to get 24 at starter my machine has 24 volt start and has ben very slow to turn i found out it is only getting 12 volts poor wireing job previuos thanks

all u do is take the 2, 12 volt batteries.. and conect the positive of one to the negative of the other.. then that leaves u with a positive on one battery and a negitive on the other.. thats how u do it in a series, like in a big rigg,

If you decide to connect two 12V batteries in series, make sure they have the same capacity (same amp-hour rating).
