I have a 750 that runs good but the high low on the right side just has low in low and high positions but neutral works. It pulls good just can't get high on right side. Thanks for any help.

Having worked on Case machines for more than 30 years, I can tell you that there are two possibilities.

One, the spool valve had a snap ring that broke and only allowed low range. This can be determined by removing the high range hose on valve then engage the spool with engine running to see if you have pressure.

Two, the seal rings on the high low range shaft would wear into the housing causing oil failure. It would leak into the transmission case, not allowing the clutch to engage.

Try these and I'm sure you will find the problem.
