I just bought a 1952 9u d6 dozer. The motor runs fine but the pony motor does not run. i need some advice on how to replace the pony with an electric starter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I bought mine someone had already installed a 12V starter.

I had to take my pony off and cap the openings - the pony had frozen and was leaking water. I can help with this part, but I can't on the starter. The above listed site is really good.
