Hey guys I need your help. When this unit gets warmed up good I loose power to the point I can't even raise the hoe, empty. Bucket looses power but not as bad. Filter, fluid changed, cooler was washed, etc. Is there a main pump baypass valve on this??? Thanks!!

There is one main regulator valve that controls all the pressure in the system,it is located in the front loader valve chest, all other functions have a port valve except the stabilizers, look at the front valve chest under the floor and you should see a pressure test point,it should have a red plastic cap on it,it is a quick break connector, the main valve should be above that or near,it will have a dome shaped nut over it,it is possible that the o"ring on the valve body has blown or the valve has something holding it open, you would need a manual to see where things are located,I see so many machines that I cannot remember exactly where things are,has this problem happened suddenly or come about slowly, the cooler you cleaned in front of the rad is for the transmission fluid as the standard JCB does not have a hyd oil cooler.Word of warning, when working on the hydraulic system put all the equipment on the ground, wobble the levers about to release any pressure before you open anything, you will be working undreneath so make sure the machine won"t run over you, block the wheels.
Good Luck AJ

Thanks AJ....I always wobble and put everything on the ground and block tires to the point of overkill. Stuff is too heavy to take chances!

Have you checked system pressure with cold and "hot" oil? First place to start.
