Hi everyone,

I just brought home what I believe to be either an H3 or HD3 allis crawler with a 6 way blade. I have two questions at this point (it is early!):

How do I know if it is an H3 or HD3? What are the differences. There are no markings that I have been able to find.

Second, the SN looks to be 3709. Anyone what year that would make it?

It is a 4 cyl gas with a 4 speed shuttle transmission. Any info is greatly appreciated!

I did some more scraping around and found "HD3" stamped in front of the SN. I presume that this designates it an HD3 model, so I am wondering if the motor is not original?

After scouring through some of the older posts, though, it seems as if there are more differences than just gas or diesel? I am new to crawlers, so this is uncharted territory to me!
