JCB 1400B overheating

I have a 1990 JCB 1400B that has an overheating problem. I have replaced the head gasket (had the headwork done.. was leaking antifreeze down the side of the block), all hoses as all have blown one at a time, and changed all fluids and filters on machine. it has 3500 hours on it. it will overheat going down the road, or working on site. it takes a couple of hours to get there, but it runs to the red and gurgles like mad. any ideas? I've also blown out the radiator fins and the radiator looks good. I suspect either a cooling or hydraulic problem, as the hydraulic cooler burned the snot out of me when the machine blew the bottom coolant hose to the radiator and i reached in to check it. I'm in the US and NOBODY here knows JCB. also, the hydraulics work pretty well, but don't seem quite up to speed with an '85 Ford 555c that i've run. one last thing, i've had to replace every stinking hydraulic cylinder seal on it. HELP?!

The cooler you refer to the one in front of the rad is for the transmission oil not the hydraulics, standard JCBs do not have a hydraulic oil cooler, the cooler and rad must be clean and not restrict the air flow, the rad must be clean internally too so the coolant can flow through it,try backflushing the rad, take off the filler cap and bottom hose from the rad,jam a water hose in the bottom and turn on the water and let it run through for some time or till its clear.don"t overlook the thremostat.see that all the fan blades are there and that the belt is ok,your machine will have a Perkins 4.236 engine in it,that is not an engine that is prone to overheating, the oil cooler will be hot but should not burn you.Try the backflushing.
