the left steering clutch broke free and the beast steers to the left, but the Brake has nothing but play in it.
How do I tighten up the brake? Am I underneath with the inspection plate off?

take off the plate under the housing break and you will see a turnbuckle and loose the jam nut and turne the long nut until you have a good tention on your break pedal.
