Have a 92 Model 743B Bobcat, just trying to fix an axle leak, having trouble at the beginning just getting the 1 bolt off axle, wanting to make sure that it IS a right hand thread, I have tried airgun, long breaker bar with cheater. Is it a right handed thread?

Yes, they are right-hand thread but they were also installed with Loctite on the bolt threads, most times they are quite difficult to break loose.
