Well, I think I found the problem. I took the relief valve out again and closely inspected it. The tube that the piston floats in has some serious grooves worn in it. Just goes to show you that you had better play close attention to detail with hydraulics. I hope this lesson can be learned by others so they don't do they same stupid thing I did. Now the challenge comes to find a replacement. Husco is still in buisness so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I talked to a couple Husco parts dealers and waiting to hear back from them. They estimated the cost at around $300 if available. I found a similar complete valve at surpluscenter.com for $75 and I think it has the same relief valve so I may luck out on that deal. Thanks for the words of encouragement. Tom

What relief is that ???? Looks to be a pilot operated work port relief.
