i recently picked up a cletrac crawler with some john deeres, dont know much about them?i've done a little research on the computer and found it to be a model h?witch was made from1917-1919?my serial number is 13581, with a very good tag.if anyone would give me any info on parts or what it might be worth i'd appricate the info. the tracks look tightlails dont look wore bad, the tractor has a model a eng and trans, missing hood and rad,maybe looking for these parts or selling the tractor?

Model H Cletrac is supposed to have a Weidley engine in it. When you say you think it has a model A engine and trans - Model A from what? Ford Model A wasn't invented yet when the Cletrac H was built. An A series Cletrac used a Buda or Hercules engine.

yes the eng and trans os a model a ford. the man that had it said he put the eng. in it years ago, he abourt eighty five if i remember him right, i hunted all over for the hoods and rad, but never found it?i can find another eng, wouldn't be origanal, but would like to find a radiator?thanks again for the info.
