thanks again for the advice so far. i was wondering what yall thoughts were of making them out of galvanized steel brake line . i can get a roll from 25 foot to 100 foot , just wondered if it would work . i would put a straight compression sleeve on it simular to the original line and then flare it ? any help thanks in advance

Good advice again. Those old flat seat injectors had breaking pressures as high as 1600 psi. See your local fuel injection shop.

NO, don't do it , inj lines are very thick wall
tubing. They are thick enough that to form bends, you will need to make a set of dies with the proper diameter groove and the radius needed. I
made 2 sets of different radius to bend a set for
a cockshut tractor . You can buy straight tubing
from a fuel shop with one end installed , bend it , then cut to length, other end is a hi pressure swedge-lock fitting . If you don't use
the dies , you will deform the tubing and make
a restriction for the fuel
