450 case radiator repair

I have a bottom seam seeping out at the rate of @3/4 of a gallon a day, How big of a job to remove, the hard nose on a 450 is a real pain to work with,any help would be appreciated

The front cap is really not that hard to remove if you have something to lift it with. I think there are four bolts on each side and the straps that hold the radiator at the top and remove the pins from your cylinders (if it's a dozer) then lift it up. You will be looking at the radiator. I recently had mine repaired and it cost about $250 to repair the top tank because all of the mounting brackets were sorderd and had to be removed and sorderd back. Replace the radiator mounts at this time. * Better to repair radiator now than seized up engine later.

Pretty much a straight forward job. block up the loader if it has one, and do it under some shade. AND, if it needs a front crank seal, fan belt, or hoses...do it now...sl
