Your using bad gas/fuel. Drain all the remaining gas/diesel, change all the filters and replace with new, remove the tank and sediment bowl and clean throughly, blast all the fuel lines and replace with new fuel thats either straight from the pump or carry it in a new or extremely clean fuel can with a proper fitting lid.
Keep the tank full and in the shade as much as possible to avoid future condensation problems. DO NOT USE HEAT on or near any part of your fuel systerm or its components.

If your machines is parked for any period of time be sure to top off the tank before you park it and use a fuel conditioner or additive at teh same time. Also try and park your equipment someplace that will avoid the hot and cold cycles of the day/night cycle, like in a shady spot thats stays so all day.

getting rid of gastank condesation ?///

Better than getting rid of condensation is to avoid it in the first place. Keeping the tank full should help.

That small resvoir and sediment bowl are there just for the purpose of collecting water and sediment. If your regularly using the rig just keep draining and cleaning the sediment bowl before starting each day and you will get ahead of it. How good is the fuel t hat you putting in the tank? Is it stored in clean tanks? As for the rust Your best bet is removing the tank and cleaning it.
