I've tried adjusting the clutch and brakes but now when I push in the left pedal to try and turn left, the right track doesn't move, even if I try this in reverse. Please help

I worked on the left steering valve as it was leaking. Now the left clutch is disengaging, but there still is no power on the right side. I've opened the cover on the right clutch and noticed that the clutch does not engage, it appears that the yoke is opened and does not retract. If the clutch cylinder stays stuck open, then the clutch wouldn't engage. This may be my problem. My question is, what forces the yoke in to activate the clutch. The clutch cylinder only deactivates the clutch, so what actually forces the clutch to engage????

It powers straight with no problem, just won't power to the left. I have another problem, I dropped a socket and short extension down in the box where you tighten the brake band. Then I tried to retrieve it and the magnet on the end of a telescoping rod broke off at the bottom of the box.

Bob,
Is the release valve the Valve GP or is it underneath and part of the yoke assembly?

Sorry for not getting back. The release valves are the valve Gp's mounted on top of the clutch housings. The linkage releases the clutches first and then the brakes are applied. The cam ramp only pushes the valve so far and the round part is concentric so pushes valve no farther. The stem in the end of the valve has a bearing that fails and reduces the amount the stem gets pushed. The valves are Pressure Reducing valve, full trans pressure comes to them and is blocked untill the stem is pushed and puts pressure on the springs inside. Then pressure builds on the clutch release side relative to the force on the springs. Less travel of stem less force on springs and less release pressure. Take apart both, reseal, replace springs and bearings on end of stems. Take a pic of lines before taking apart so you get back together right.

Do you have any power on it driving straight?
I suspect the release valve may be the problem but need to hear more.
